I can't log into my account

Oh, we're sorry you can't log into your account. There are a couple reasons this may be happening.

If you've just registered, you need to verify your account. Check the email in-box and junk box that you used to register.
There should be an email from dont-reply@pinpoint.click with a confirmation link. Click the link to activate your account.

If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" tool. Enter the email address linked to your account.
You should receive an email from dont-reply@pinpoint.click with a temporary password you can use to log in.

I forgot my password

Uh-oh! This can happen to the best of us. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" page. Enter the email address used for your account and you'll receive a temporary password.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password at any time from the "Change password" page. Follow the instructions to enter your current password and your new password. If done correctly, you should be able to log in with your new password immediately after that.

How do I change my email address?

Once you're registered and successfully logged in, you can change your email address from the "Change email" page. Enter your password and the new email address.

Check the email in-box and junk box for the new address you entered. There should be an email from dont-reply@pinpoint.click with a link to automatically verify your new email address. Click the link and you'll be able to log in with the new address. This needs to happen for security reason and to make sure email addresses aren't corrupted.

I just registered. Why can't I log in?

Great! Thanks for registering. After you've registered, you need to confirm your account. This needs to happen for security reason and to make sure robots don't register fake accounts.

How can I close my account?

We're sorry to see you go! Just so you know, if you canncel your account, you won't be able to log in any more or see your click mark data. Canceling an account does not cancel any other subscriptions you're getting.

To cancel your account, follow the "Close my account" link in the "Account" page. Follow the instructions and your account will be closed immediately.

But, before you close your account, perhaps you should contact us if you're having problems.
